Personal Wellbeing – Family, Work & Communities
An Integrated Approach to Personal Wellbeing
FAMILY, WORK & COMMUNITIES
In this weekend we focus on holistic personal well-being by integrating all aspects of life: Family, Work & Communities, as we believe these form the intricate spaces within which we operate. When properly integrated, these spaces can serve as the means to thrive and truly flourish, both individually and collectively.
