Keynote speakers:

Drs. Margareth de Wit, MBA, entrepreneur and expert for 35 years in areas such as (leadership) development, change management, and governor at Academica University of Applied Sciences (Academica), will speak about Leadership in sustainability. Her statement is “A new world requires new leadership”. She wrote the book: “Making shift happen”.

Organizations need to justify their actions to society, this requires new leadership. Ambitious leaders who are aware of their impact and have the courage to take action on various sustainable issues will make a difference. While this transition is never finished, it is nevertheless one that always leads to both personal and organizational improvement. As a professional, it is essential that you oversee your own development. This means being focused and showing personal leadership. Research shows that successful professionals know how to identify a critical success factor (lever) for themselves and use it in a focused way for their team to maximize their contribution. Leadership expert Drs. Margareth de Wit MBA will take you through this process and ask critical questions.

Dr. Botond Feledy, political scientist who is in charge of the innovative European Leadership Programme (ELP). Botond counts on extensive (inter) national and European experience such as working at the European Parliament and being familiar with Brussels from the public, corporate and NGO side. He will tell not only his amazing story about how he came where he is now, but also how the European Leadership Programme that he directs in Brussels fosters young professionals to be  authentic leaders and act as such. An inspiring promissing future for you!

drs. Veronika Sumova, information officer at the European Commission in Brussels.
