Management & Communication
For most of us, a crisis is something negative: an unstable and uncertain situation that is likely to increase in intensity and cause serious damage to both the tangible and intangible assets of an organization, especially harming its relationship with its main clients.
Unfortunately, as we frequently see in the newspapers, neither managers nor institutions are immune from undergoing a crisis.
However, it is becoming increasingly common to see the crisis not as a threat but as an opportunity to identify and solve the problems latent in an institution or company, so that it can fulfil its role of service to society better.
The aim of this session is to present the key elements of an institution's response to a crisis (the operational do's and don'ts) so as to find to the most effective way of preventing damage, in the areas of communication and management.
